once something has been through the dryer, the stain is set by the heat.

the ink has dried a lil? if it did, wut i do is just spray on Spray N Wash. It works pretty good. But im not sure if itll work if uve already washed and put the pants in the dryer. u can try!
This sounds strange but try using hairspray on the stain.Let soak a few minutes and rewash.do not let the hairspray dry completely
Go to your local automotive supply store and ask them for a can of Break Clean it's what auto shops use to clean your brake pads but it is the best laundry helper out there and will take out any stain. I use it on everything, it doesn't remove the color just the stain. When you use it use it in a well ventilated area--it smells just like dry cleaning fluid.
