Can you fix a chipped, inside drum of a washing machine?

Question:Is there a filler that can be used to seal/replace these chipped out areas?.because eventually they will start causing rust marks on your clothes.

you can use the enamel touch up paint used for the outter cabinet of your machine.The color will not match but it is very effective.
