How to iron without an ironing board?
Question:I need to iron a shirt... but I have no ironing board. I don't feel like accidently putting a burnt mark into the carpet so how do you iron a shirt without a ironing board?

LAY A TOWEL ON THE COUNTER
put a few heavy towels on a table or counter top. Make sure you have it thick or you will have a mark on the table or whatever you're using
simply place an extra or useless piece of fabri on your floor or carpet. then put your shirt on it to iron.
What Judy said. I iron on the kitchen counter. The iron has to sit on a hot pad.
Put a towel either on the floor or on a table to keep the heat going through and iron the shirt right on top of the towel.
We always used a bath towel folded in half on the table, when there was ironing to be done, and no desire to bring the ironing board up from the basement. Just make sure when you set the hot iron on the table, you put it down on the base, not the hot side.
you can use a large cutting board or put several thick towels on a table or counter top
I suggest you lay a towel on your kitchen counter and you should be able to iron your **** and trousers. Good LUCK

use your kitchen counter with a towel underneath folded in half.
Tricky for sure I guess put some towels on a table or counter
and iron your shirt. I always wondered about a clothes steamer too that you can hang the clothes and steam all the wrinkles out.
