I just got a fridgeidaire washer/dryer set, my dryer says Ad. does anyone know what this means. PLEASE HELP!!?
Question:the time counts down for about 10 minutes and then it displays Ad. i dont have a manual. but my clothes dont seem to get dry. and does the washer always leave the clothes pretty wet?

My boyfriend is a lead appliance tech so I asked him and here goes:
Ok. Is it front load or not? He said that if it is front load, then there is a front access panel that you can take off and there will be a tech sheet in the panel that will show what the codes mean.
If it is not a front load, then there may or may not be a tech sheet in the panel.
Also, he said that it sounds like it may be related to the vent, so maybe you have a crushed vent which will then not dry the clothes correctly. And...the washer should spin your clothes out at a high rpm so that there is not much water left. They should not be overly wet when they come out of the washer so you may have a problem there as well, but there is no quick fix for that, it will most likely need serviced and parts. If you just got it, call in for the warranty.

You need to find a manual or call the technical support for Frigidare...it should be on the unit. Or you can find it online.
It means " air dry" This means there is no heat for the last few minutes, just air.
