What is the best way to lose weight?

Question:

Answers:
Eating healthy foods and exercise...let me elaborate!

Really watch what you put into your body (unfortunately, people seem to neglect the fact that the food industry is, for the most part, not interested in your health)They only care about making a quick buck and a way for them to do that is to sell fatty, sugary, and DANGEROUS foods with horrible ingredients in them that will kill most people by the time the're 65. And that is the truth. So if you are seriously interested in your health I urge you to inform yourself about what you are putting into your body everyday.

As far as what to eat.cut back on sugars(simple carbs), trans fats(partially hydroginated oils), and saturated fats. These are the three main PROVEN ingredients that make you fat, and kill you. The three main components in your diet should be protein(meats, fish, chicken, protein shakes, etc), complex carbs(oats, pasta, breads, etc), and healthy fats(unsaturated fat(fish/plant oils)). To accomplish this, just read the back of box! Teach yourself how to know what you're putting in your body, and then just do it. Im not saying you cant have any sugars or bad fats, just significantly cut back. I can't even tell you how much better you will feel, mentally and physically, it is truely astonishing.

As far as exercise goes, you know what you need to do. Running, sit-ups, push-ups, etc.anything that gets your heart pumping for a long time! You don't even have to do any actuale exercises, just running/jogging/walking will help a lot. It all depends on how much work you do. Obviously the more you run the more weight you will lose. There is no magic exercise, food, diet, pill for health, trust me.

Another thing is you should really try to have a nice breakfast every morning. What this does is it gives your metabolism a little kick start for the day, starting the body's natural cycle of burning calaries earlier that it would have if you wait till 11 am. This will not only make you less hungry when it comes lunch time, but you will find it greatly increases your productivity and mental sharpness throughout the entire day!

Hope I helped!

stop eating.
Work out & diet.. Not always easy and if your over 18 get a little help from something like Hydroxycut... Or Lipo?
exercise :)
stay away from starch and soda drink water and dont eat fried foods
disconnecting your internet, stop watching television and get off your lazy azz and do something. and quit eating so much fatso
The best way is through diet (fruits, veggies, and lots of water).

Also exercise as well.

A good diet plan is weight watchers, they customized it for men now as well as women!!
Eating healthy, cutting out all sweets and drinks. and only having one small think once a month. Drinking lots of water. And working out at least 4 times a week. for 60 plus mintues.
Eatting low fat meals, and EXERSIZE couple times a week
almost everyday, I went from 155 down to 120:) so i know frist hand what works, and what dosnt work. Also drink lots of water!!!!! about 8cups a day or more if u feel like it:)
run
dont eat so much and stop being a fatty
Eat soup! If you're hungry after a couple of hours, eat more soup. Most soups are nutritious and filling. (Go easy on soups with cream base or cheese.) After a recent surgery that forced me onto a liquid diet for several months, I drank a can of Boost (or Ensure) in the morning and soups throughout the day. Another can of Boost at bedtime. Gatorade helps too. I lost weight gradually but consistently until I was able to begin eating some solids.
Another thing is to eat smaller portions. Use smaller plates and give yourself half as much food as you think you'll want. By the time you finish eating, you'll probably be satisfied if you realize that you're allowed to eat again (same small portions) in a couple of hours. You're not going to starve on small portions!
And finally, gradually but consistently, work toward giving up your food addictions. Soda, chocolate, potato chips, ice cream - whatever you crave. I think it's best to work on one at a time. Maybe one this year and another next year. And plan on leaving the MOST important one as a permanent treat. But, this is important, a binge is not a treat and vice versa. A treat is a small portion of something you love. A binge is not knowing when to stop.

Food is so emotional! It's important to know that you will be SAFE and WELL if you eat a small portion.
Eat less and exercise more. It's really that simple.
Eat less, move more.
Phentermine Diet Pills and minimum exercise.
I'd suggest having your Laundry Downstairs (so you have to run up and down) and wash each Shirt separately. Since this is in the Cleaning & Laundry category I assume you meant by doing either one of them... good luck!
Diet and Exercise is the only route. I have personally found that limiting my sodium intake helps me get of water weight initially that makes my clothes fit better and is an incentive to watch my intake. Good Luck
