What will happen if you wash a magnet in a washing machine?

Question:

Answers:
I inadvertantly left one in the pocket of my trousers once. It "stuck" the trousers to the side of the washer drum, but was easy enough to pull the magnet off by tugging on the trousers. I'm lucky it stayed in the pocket, because it was big enough to chip the drum paint if it would have gone on the loose in the laundry.

Nothing
You'll have a really clean magnet
Nothing
Not a thing.. It will still be a magnet and the washing machine is fine...
the magnet will be clean :) (nothing bad will happen to the washer - I've done it too!)
Not a thing. Sometimes I acidentally wash my husbands if he leaves them in his pocket and I dont get it. It just comes out and sticks to the inside of the washtub. This happens all the time and I have never had any issues.
I wouldn't recommend putting anything that has the ability to rust , inside a washer or dryer .
It will probably stick it metal parts
Very clean magnet!! Nothing bad, unless you leave your credit card in the same pocket!!
you will have a clean magnet
