Try to rub the grease with some dawn dish soap. works great gets all kinds of grease out
Dawn dish soap works sometimes or if you spray the stain with hairspray and then wash it. If you've already washed the pants though you are going to have a problem as the stain is already set in.

I really like shout I have used it on my son's jeans. You might have to soak in shout over night then wash.
We have fantastic results with stuff called "Goop." We can only find it at hardward type stores, usually Menard's. It's a white gell stuff that's usually sold as a hand cleaner for guys working with grease and oil. But if you rub it onto the grease spots before washing they usually come out, once in awhile it takes 2 tries.
Start ur wash, Put 1 can of coke. Thats what I use to get grease out of my husbands jeans. good luck.
