Neep Help! How can I clean a Glass Cooktop stove?

Question:Last nite, I was watching a tv show and forgot I was boiling milk to make myself some hot chocolate...anyway the milk boiled over and was all over the stove not only that, the eye that I was cooking has charcoaled milk stuck to it.how do I get that burnt crap off my mother's stove???

Answers:
Try leaving a dishtowel that's been wet with vinegar over the mess for a while to loosen it up. Then try wiping it off. If there is really burnt stuff (charcoal-like) that doesn't come off, you will need to scrape it off, but be careful. You don't want to scratch the top. Use a plastic scraper or razor blade to carefully scrape away the gunk. Hold the blade almost flat to the surface to prevent scratching. Then polish it up. Or wait till Mom gets home if you aren't comfortable with the scraping. She'll be less mad about a spill than she will about a scratch--believe me!!

Razor Blade, and the cooktop cleaner that came with the stove. You can also buy it anywhere. Scrape the big chunks off, the scub it with the cleaner. It should come right off.
Use a ravor blade and windex. Let it sit before you clean it with the blade.
Razor blade and glass cleaner... dont worry the razor blade wont hurt the glass at all..

Good Luck!
