Help I burned my husbands linen white shirt any suggestions on how to remove the scorch mark off?

well honestly if its burned its burned but in a last ditch effort to save the shirt this is what I would do and it has works well for a lot of my items. Get a large mixing bowl fill with hot tap water and poor a BUNCH of bleach in it. The water should have the bleach color to it. Now place shirt in bowl but don't walk away you have to stay there and watch it maybe gentally rub it and see if it goes away. I do this with tons of my husbands cloths and my daughters the only thing it hasn't taken out is tomatoe sauce. Oh and I have done this on one of my linen shirts and it was fine. It doesn't bleach out the labels or any logo type stuff. So if it works he'll never know ;-)

Rub some oil over it, and demand to know how he could get that stuff on a good shirt! Tell him if, he can't be more careful, he can do his own laundry! He will buy you flowers and apologize for two weeks.
Pretty sure that is a lost cause. However, you might try to "save" the shirt by using a different color linen fabric as an accent to the shirt. In this case, it is basically a patch over the burn. It will change the shirt's use though and make it more casual.

if you burned linen then its gone ... buy a new one.
Once it's burned, nothing to do about that. Can't undo it.
STEP 1 - Buy him a new shirt
STEP 2 - Use shirt for cleaning rags
STEP 3 - Take the iron away from you
STEP 4 - Wing iron out into neighbors front lawn and forget about it.
