I have several boxes of good used clothes and household items box springs and mattress but no way to?
Question:I have no way of transporting them and need someone to pick them up for me I also have a couple of dressers one in good shape one needs to be fixed I need to find someone to pick these items up from my reno home!

the salvation army, st vincenr de paul, ymca, or the local neighbourhood thrift shop would usually do it for you.
Call goodwill , salvation army veterans cancer society thrift stores, they most all have a pick up service for large items are a large amount.. they resell it cheap and help give people jobs and part of the money will go directly to the needy.

You should look on Yahoo groups for Freecycle in your area. If there is a group operating in your area you just join through email by sending the moderators an email telling why you want to join. Its a great way to find new homes for things! Since I joined I have gotten rid of a ton of things I didn't need but someone else could use! You can also receive things of course...hope this helps!
There's a web site called "freecycle.org". It was created to keep the land fills from filling up too quickly. There's probably one in your area. Its free to join. Any thing on it is free. You can't sell on this site. You can give stuff away, people will come to pick it up. You can also search for stuff you need and want. Good luck.
Try putting up signs in grocery stores, Advertise in local newspapers. Contact goodwill stores, second hand stores, welfare dept.etc. There are plenty of needy people who will be glad to pick them up.
