I really like to use a little bit of a mild dishwashing liquid such as Ivory (the classic scent that comes in a white bottle) and mix with warm water then wipe the wall clean with a soft dish towel. It is a grease fighter and seems to wash well. This seems to work well. Also try a product called TSP. This cuts grime and dirt off your wall, I used this product before painting and I know some professional painters that swear by this cleaner. You could also try the Mr Clean Erasers, I know this sounds funny but they clean virtualy anything. Good luck...
We had to clean a house before we moved into it, my stepmom used Clorox Cleanup and it worked great. Make sure to test it on a small area first though.
Use a product called TSP you need to dilute it it works
Mr. Clean scrubbers work well. Also the Mr. Clean or Orange Cleaner for kitchen works well. Take care and good luck. Thats what I use. Works good for me. You may have to let sit for a few but will remove with patience.
