Can someone tell me how to use my spinsense cycle on my front load washer?

I guess I don't know the brand machine of your washer but usually spinsense is when the machine is able to detect if the machine starts to wobble or shake (while spinning and off balanced). The machine then adjusts the speed of the spin to try to stop the wobble.
Just set it on spinsense.
