If it's what I think your referring to,it's a big plastic tarp.they are either blue of brown,and are hemmed on the edges.Use them for covering things ,camping,covering firewood,stuff like that.They come in sizes, 10x12 ,12x14, 14rx20 and I think 16x24 ft.
