If you have removed the wallpaper and just need to get rid of the paste the you can run a sander and lightly sand till all walls are smooth and uniform (I assume you are getting ready to paint). If you need to remove wallpaper then buy a wall paper steamer (inexpensive) and steam it off. Have Fun!
Mix about one cup of liquid fabric softener in a spray bottle and finish filling it with water. Mix well and spray an area no larger than you can scrape before it dries.
Put down a drop cloth,Get a sprayer put in warm water,not to much.warm water,spray on whatever is needed.Soak it a minute or 2 wipe clean.
I know people are gonna laugh but this works great trust me...Get a gallon of windshield washer and a drop cloth, Hope this helps
most wallpaper paste is mearly wheat paste that will wash off after spraying it with water and letting it soak for a few minutes
