Answers:
Any cleaner that has ammonia in it, like Mr. Clean or Top Job. Soft Scrub w/bleach is great for using on stains on floors, etc. Apply some to stains, scrub it in a little, let set, then wash over it with the ammonia cleaner.
Depends on the surface. For ceramic or similar tile, I've had excellent luck using Mr. Clean Magic Eraser. It might take some time, but it will get it clean. I imagine the Magic Eraser would work on linoleum or vinyl or wood flooring as well, but I'd test it first in case it would take off the finish.
If you are talking carpet or some such, get some 20 Mule Team Borax, sprinkle liberally on the stain, grind in with your foot, and vacuum it out.
I like to use Mop n' Shine. I have red clay in my garden and I'm tracking it in the laundry room and it cleans it without much effort. If you have another kind of stain, such as grease, use Greased Lighting.
