Where can I get a bathing suit altered?

Question:I bought the most adorable bikini at an outlet mall in Laughlin this weekend. The suit was sold as a set (top and bottom together, same size). The top fits perfectly but the bottom is just a little bit too big. Where can I go to get the bikini bottom "taken in"? Will all cleaners be able to do this? How much will it cost me?

Anyone that does alterations should be able to do it. I would not think it would cost a lot.
