So... somebody used my pan?

Question:And they sprayed PAM nonstick stuff on it, but sprayed WAY too much. It's caked on there now. I've scrubbed off what I could, but there's like a sticky film. How can I magically get this off my pan?
I've already tried various forms of liquid detergent and scrubbing.

Answers:
Fill it up with hot water and a little dish soap. Add a couple of USED dryer sheets to the water. Just leave it soaking overnight and it should just wipe out the next day. It may take a little rubbing, but it should take it out. I don't know why or how it works, but u can take a burnt on pan you cooked in the oven and soak it for 12 to 24 hours like this and the stuff comes right out.

Try soaking it in warm water with just a bit of dishwasher detergent overnight. Hope this helps
I would be telling that 'someone' you need a new pan!!
Put hot water in the pan, add about2 tablespoons of baking soda, and about two tablespoons of vinegar. Let it soak until the water is cool. Give it a thorough wash with the mixture, then rinse. It will be clean and no film left.
