What are some stains that are more difficult to get out?

Question:I need to devise an experiment to compare three types of bleach, stain-removing pens. I want to use stains that are generally harder to take out because this sort of data will be conclusive to figuring out which of the pens is better.

Note, I can't use blood! Haha.
