Use a mixture of vinegar and water, newspaper, and a little elbow grease. Works every time!
sqeegee and liquid dishsoap in a bucket of hot water. It works on your glasses, it should be good on the windows.
I use very warm water with ammonia and vinegar in it. About 2 oz of each to 1 gallon of water. Wash with either a heavy towel or sponge and use a squeegee to dry.
Works great and it is inexpensive.
