How many days can I wear pants to the office before they need to be dry cleaned?
Question:
Answers:
well until they asked "didn't you just wear those yesterday"
A week.
Two. Don't push it.
tee hee
A few days depending on the weather and the amount you sweat.
I'd say if you take really good care of them, then maybe 8 days or so.
a couple to few days depends if you have a desk job or are out there in the dirt!
It depends...if in a row or within a few days time, I would say 2-3.
If over a few weeks time, if you use febreeze or Downey Wrinkle release, I would say 3-4.
I used to get 3 wearings out of them, just hang them to let them air out, and spot slean them inbetween with dryel.
Depends. How skanky are you?
2 days
Depends on how much mustard you spill on them.
if they can stand up by themselves, that's a good time to clean em.
Use Febreeze, you can wear them forever, forever, forever.
You don't have to clean them as long as they don't 1) smell bad 2) have stains on them. But once they start smelling...thats probably when you should clean them ^^;
Unless you want people to start looking at you weird, (especially women) don't go more than two days. And make sure they are worn a couple of days apart.
I would say 3...if youre working like a typical 9-5 M-F
I would say your safe with 2 days for sure.
If the back of the knees are wrinkled really bad thats a sign you shouldnt wear them again..take them to the cleaners.
At least a week if you're inside a nice, cool office and don't spill anything on them. I would get some febreeze to spray them, giving them a nice scent. Also, if you can lay them down somewhere, and place a dryer sheet between the legs of the pants, overnight, it might help them stay extra fresh.
My park ranger uniform was dry clean only, but my roomie and I would put them in the washer and dryer on the delicate cycle. You might want to consider the delicate cycle in the washer and maybe hang them up to dry. It might cut down on their lifespan a little, but it could help tremenduously in the long run.
There are many factors...
What is the fabric content? -fine wool and linen will crease easier than some of the newer wrinkle resistant fabrics.
Do you sweat a lot? (obvious)
What kind of job do you have? (obvious)
What time of year is it? - wear them longer in cold weather, shorter in hot.
In general, once they stop looking "crisp" and are starting to wrinkle in the butt and the crotch, send them to the cleaners.
Depends on what they're made of and if you're a male or female. If they're gabardine, I say wear them until they get stinky or until you drop some food into your lap & have a stain. Actually you shouldn't dry clean your clothes any more than you absolutely have to, for several reasons: (1) it's expensive, (2) your clothes will wear out faster and (3) in some cases, dry cleaning is bad for the environment.
For these reasons, I air out my clothes as much as possible when they get stinky and only take them to the dry cleaners if I get something on them. I wouldn't use Febreeze if you paid me to.
a soon as you spill something that shows, try a spot remover you maybe able to get by another day.
as soon as they smell... so smell the crotch area everyday..
is always a good sign..
hanging them up at night an let them air, can buy you another day..
so the answer to question is.. it depends on how neat, and clean you are.
next time buy wash and wear slacks. you'll save money on drycleaning as well.
Dependson how clan they stay.If you are at a desk and it isn't really hot weather, then 3 wears will do.
