What household and industrial cleaners has ammonia?

windex, and pretty much anything used to clean glass. You can also buy pure ammonia.
There are several available, but you can also buy ammonia full-strength. I get mine from the Laundry Cleaners dept. at the supermarket.
Read the label and DO NOT mix amonia with any other chemical cleaners.ESPECIALLY BLEACH
