Soak the soiled area in COLD water and hand wash it with Spray and Wash or Shout. Never use Hot water.
Hydrogen Peroxide will break down the blood cells causing them to seperate. Then it will wash right off with regular water.
use cold water for sure. u don't want to use bleach or too much of it if u do as it ruins the fabric. but detergents like oxy clean or just combine a lot of fabric cleaners works for me. then just wash as u normally would. good luck

Make sure the water you wash the shirt in is COLD. Use the usual soap powder, may have to scrub a little.
Dried blood is tricky. The great news is your shirt is white and washable. My trick is to bleach it. Either get a bleach stick and douse the stain or put bleach straight on the blouse and wash it immediately (I mean apply the bleach while your washer is filling up). It doesn't always work and may leave a halo on your blouse but I always figure the blouse is ruined anyway so I might as well try it.

If none of the previous suggestions work, try soaking it with white vinegar - the kind you get at the supermarket. A friend of mine who hunts told me that vinegar is best. Wash the shirt immediately to neutralize the vinegar as it is an acid. I usually cut my face shaving, so I've tried it on my blood-stained towels. Works very nicely.
Put some hydrogen peroxide on it and let it sit.Still there put some more on.then just wipe off with a wash cloth or launder as usual.Do not dry with stain, it will set the stain for life...
