Where can i buy toilet brush replacement heads?
Question:i have a nice holder from linens and things. i bought heads at bed bath beyond but they don't fit. i need a head with a bit of a stick attached that screws in on top. linens and things dosen't carry any which i think is absurd. the grocery store carries just the head too but again, i need a head with a stick attached to fit mine.
Answers:
buy a new one that works without the time hassle
Wow. I've never known anybody sentimentally attached to a toilet brush holder. It might be easier to just buy a new one
this is how I do it.I put some clorox into the back of the toilet and let it sit for a little while (in case there is any mold in there)..then I flush and the clorox gets into the potty part and I let that sit in there for a while. Then I use a special sponge I use expecially for the toilet. I do one quick swish with that sponge (no stick) and the potty is clean. The sponge having been already in the bleach is now clean. Just rinse it out, dry it and replace it in the baggie.
check target or home depot.

I wish I could help you out. I actually use Clorox Toilet Wands, they're easier and much more sanitary. You store the handle at the side of your tank and throw away the head after each cleaning. They effectively kill the mold and bacteria spores in your toilet and you also know you're using the right amount of bleach. (Too much and the bacterial cell walls won't allow the bleach in to kill them, but if the dilution is right - 5% bleach solution - they'll open up and you can kill them effectively.) Store-bought bleach sprays and the toilet wand have already been concentrated, making life easier.
I'd go back to linens and things. Ask them where you can get a replacement.
