Bath and body works plug-ins?
Question:Okay, i wanted to know if anyway has bought the speriment one? And if it works as good as the old ones..they use to be oil now they are just liquid..Any one use them before? Are they strong? DO THEY LAST LONG?
Answers:
I am a big fan of Bath and Body Works products, however, I haven't ever had a lot of luck with their "wallflowers" which is their version of plug-ins. I have tried some recently and the newer ones don't seem to really be any different but the botanical and aromatherapy fragrances do tend to be a bit stronger than the original wallflower fragrances were. I have found the absolute best plug-in oil fragrances to be the double ones made by FEBREZE. They alternate fragrances and you can always smell the fragrance because it changes every few minutes from one side to the other side. I have never had anything that smells quite so good and strong enough to where people notice it and comment on how wonderful my home smells. I hope this helps.
i know plug-ins have great smells and are hands free, thought free solution, but a good friend of mine just sent an email to me from a fire dept. chief warning against the fire hazards of the plug-ins. they have oil in them and could get to hot with the oil and have a meltdown that could cause a fire. before investing in anymore great plug-in scents contact your local fire dept. for their take on the safety issue of any of them (oil vs burnable liquid vs no-burnable liquid). good luck
I agree with the first answer I have read the same thing about plug ins. I use a different brand. I keep an eye on mine and never leave them plugged in 24-7. I always unplug them before I go to bed and if I am gone I leave them unplug. In fact I just plug them in for a while not all day like I do my candle warmers.....
I had a house fire when I was young and I am always careful.
Think about the electricity you can save if you use natural scents.
Try eucalyptus from the flower section in nearly store. It actually repels spider from your home, and when it gets dull in smell, take to shower, wash off, place in empty garbage bag and use wirt tie to hold i the moisture to help create steam. set in sun. Oils will come back out of leaves and return your smell for a fresh and fragrant clean smelling home.
Lavendar is another one that is strong, but effective. It too help repel bugs. Try fresh roses or boil mint leaves in some simmerig water. Heavenly and not a lot of money spent.
Sound like a preacher huh?? been there and done that!
