cascade crystals (powder) regular, not lemon; and HOT water. soak over night and check it in the a.m.. you might need to do it 2 or 3 times to get it ALL out.

I use Dawn dish soap.
There are several products which could help.try "Shout" laundry stain remover, or "Greased Lightning" (available at Lowes, Home Depot).spray liberally and allow to soak in for an hour or so, then wash in hot water with bleach. If that doesn't work, it's new shirt time.

soak in cold water, add some of your own dish washing liquid & rub in with your finger´s. Leave the shirt with the liquid still on for a few min´s. then wash on a normal wash
