Best way to clean wood laminate (Pergo) floors?
Question:My floors have a residue build up on them (I assume from all of the cleaning products that I have tried)! No matter what I use, the floors end up streaky with a residue (bad enough that you see EVERY footprint in them)! I have tried the cleaner that the floor company makes for these floors, Armstrong Floor Cleaner, Bleach, Amonia, Pine Sol, Plain Water, Lysol Floor Cleaner, and Mr. Clean! Even my professional housekeepers can't get these floors lookin' good! I am at my wits end and I will try ANYTHING!! Please help!

Use a mixture of vinegar and water! It will still streak if you do not dry it well!
There is a specific product used for cleaning Pergo floors. You can order some here:

When I had my pergo floors I would always dry them with a bathroom towel afterwards. Leaves no streaks.
the thing with laminate floors in that you can OVERCLEAN them. but i definately recommend a dry cloth going over it afterwards...should help some.
Use a dust mop for everyday cleaning. You can get a special cleaner to use on occasion at the place your laminate flooring was purchased (Lowe's, Home Depot).
I use a damp washrag attached to a swiffer to clean the floor.
I then attach a dry microfiber cloth to the swiffer. spray windex on the floor and wipe. It doesn't leave streaks.
