Hydrogen peroxide! Let it soak on there for a couple of minutes. Rub fabric together. Rinse it with cold water.

Soak in cold water until only shadow is left, keep washing in cold without drying till shadow is gone.
Hydrogen peroxide. Try rinsing most of it out first with cold water. Never hot, it sets the blood. Then use hydrogen peroxide.
Soak the shirt in COLD water and detergent in a bucket or sink overnight.
NEVER use warm or hot water on blood. For some reason it sets the blood in.
Soak in OxyClean... That stuff gets everything out! :)

good luck! :)
yes... like they said... COLD water and hydrogen peroxide. but don't use too much, esp on dark clothes - you might bleach out some of the color.
Be careful with hydrogen peroxide. If you go this route, test a small, un-noticeable area first because it might affect the dye. Instead, try treating it with a Spray n' Wash stain stick and washing it in cold water. DO NOT put it in the dryer unless the stain is gone.
I have found that peroxide works well.Just pour it on the spots and then wash as usual.
Try Oxy Clean
Try soaking the bloody areas in milk then wash.
