Answers:
well when the oven cools down a bit get some oven cleaner and clean it out and make sure you clean the drawer under the oven because some may have leaked into it.Open a window for now and spray some Lysol or something of that nature.Light a good smelling candle that always help with the nasty smell.

clean it while it's still damp, and just use an air freshener. turn the fan on. be careful, you don't want to burn yourself with grease.
wait till it cools then clean it up as best you can with paper towels, and throw them out. Then run the oven clean cycle on the oven, and get out of the house for a bit...the oven cleaner actually burns away food etc. that is stuck to the oven walls, and it smells nasty.this is the best thing to do if the fat is already baked on, if it is still liquid, use one of the above suggestions.
if its already cool then get most of it out with paper towels , then get a good degreaser or oven cleaner w/degreaser, follow directions on product lable . wala no more stinky stove
I have cleaned many stoves in my live time. I use to clean for the military when the families moved out. This is what I would do... First of all don't try and let the stove clean it's self because alto of stoves say that they are self cleaning stoves. I would let the fat cool for a little while. Then I would take a plastic bowl and a spatula to scrape out as much of the fat as possible before it all dries and you have an even harder time cleaning it out. If you need to you can take paper towels and wipe it out if It's not that hot. (If you let it all dry in the stove you'll have a very hard time trying to get it all out.) Once all of of it is wiped out as much as you can then take a Brillo/steel wool soap pad and scrub the bottom of the stove. Last I would wipe out the whole stove with hot water and a rag to make sure you got it all out. Good luck.
if it gets baked into your oven use oven cleaner just remember to wear rubber gloves and make sure to ventilate the area.
