How do i keep my new white shoes clean and fresh?

Generally only con-men wear white shoes.
Avoid mud and dirt. And if they start to go brown, use a bleach based cleaning product and a dry clean cloth. Tehn wipe off with a damp cloth. Or just chuck them in the washing machine.

Keep them in a box sealed tightly in a plastic bag and never wear them. Make sure you use a plastic bag with no holes.
You can use liquid paper (white-out). Put it on a tissue, or even on your shoe, and rub it around. It will cover any deep stains/scuffs that you can't get off by rubbing or wetting.
Failing that, you can buy white shoe polish cleaner. But I think the other way is cheaper. But I haven't done the maths.
You can use Mr Clean Magic eraser. It works great on shoes. Also you don't have to use a bleack based product. Whitening toothpaste works just as well. you can use a generic brand and a old toohbrush. That takes a little more time then the mr clean but it works woonders. Take it from me I am a nurses aid and my shoes are always white:-)
never and I do mean NEVER wear them...put them on display by your front door...
You can use a sprinkling of Baking soda sprinkled in your shoes overnight after use then dump out old baking soda when you use shoes, do this after wearing repeat process from above. Or you can simply put a dryer sheet inside your shoes overnight this will keep your shoes fresh everyday, to keep them clean; clean with a sponge that has been sprayed with window cleaner or use White Vinegar and wipe over shoes this will remove mud, dirt, food stains etc. Good Luck !
