What can I use to get Sharpie off the walls and fridge door?
Question:My 3 year old has decided to color on the the fridge door and my bedroom door with a Sharpie. I need to get rid of it. I've tried rubbing alcohol and a Mr Clean Magic Eraser. Anything else I should try?
Answers:
Expo White Board (dry erase) Cleaner is my secret ink stain lifter. I've found nothing better for removing all types of ink from just about any surface.
I discoved it's magic while trying to remove ball point ink stains from the pockets of my husband's dress shirts.
you might try WD40 on the fridge door. Repainting the bedroom door might be your only other option.
paint.
mr. clean's magic eraser
Goo Gone works wonders! It got Sharpie off my nice table without removing the finish...can get it just about anywhere...
This stuff called GooGone works wonders, WD40 or turpentine might work too. The bedroom door might need to be painted though. If it is just an unpainted wood door you could also use light sand paper
I would go to Sharpie.com and you can get a pen that will get the sharpie off.
