Cleaning a baton...?

Question:ok. well theres this baton with pen writing (idk if its reg, permanent, sharpie w/e) and its not coming off. any ideas how to remove it besides the obvious soap nd water?
and its a TWIRLING baton. btw. with rubbery ends. =]

Could you spray paint the baton if you can't get the writing off of it ? Try rubbing alcohol? I heard vodka is good for things like that.

Rubbing alcohol will remove almost all types of ink.
Put it on a paper towel or rag. Good luck!

Try Soft Scrub.
