How do you get the grease smell from working at a fast food joint? I.E McDonalds or a Burger King?

Question:

Answers:
pour a half cup of lemon juice in during your wash cycle. You can also same amount of baking soda.

shower and wash your hair everyday before you go to bed. If you sleep with the smell still on you it ruins your bedclothes and furniture.Sorry to say but only head and shoulders ever worked for me with the hair- and yellow dial was the best for body. That is brutal- guess why they pay so little and it's a "first" job.
If you mean how do you get rid of it in your clothes, You don't as far as I know. I work as a prep cook in a restaurant and i have never been able to. I just wash my work clothes separate and only wear them to work. I use deodorant and perfume so I don't have to smell myself. And shower everyday, usually before and after work. LOL
After washing your clothes, when it comes to the rinse cycle add 1cup of white vinegar and that will take the odor out. Vinegar is an odor eater. If you smell the vinegar on the clothes, don't worry after you dry them that will be gone also.
Buy a whopper combo and place it in the dryer with your clothing.

It should do the trick!
Good luck!
You can use an all fabric bleach such as Clorox 2 or the eqivalent in addition to your laundry detergent.

Works great for me.

Also shower ach day when you return home from work.
If it is in your clothes you can add 1/2 cup baking soda to your regular wash cycle. It also helps get out tough dirt and grime. If it is i your hair then you can put 1/4tsp into your palm along with your favorite shampoo and it does the same thing. Gets all that extra junk out along with the smell.
20 Mule Team Borax works better than baking soda... add this to your laundry...

It's also great for other cleaning jobs around the house.

You'll find it in the laundry aisle near the stain removers.
Okay, sorry to say but it will not go away! I used to work at KFC (5 yrs) and you know what I took a shower every single day I wased my Clothes every day after work. But when I go home from work that smell soaks in the car and stinks that up too and even the washer and dryer get that smell. The only way to get rid of the smell is to get a new job. I still have that smell to my car and I have not worked there for about 2 yrs now!
