Is bleach more effective used neat or mixed with water?

Question:I was just wondering whether bleach is more effective when you use it neat or when it is mixed with water? Thanks

Answers:
Bleach is more effective undiluted, but I have a even better solution for you that is not harmful or unsafe to use, try using White Vinegar to whiten and brighten your laundry and cleaning and disinfecting things in and around your home, Vinegar has been touted as being the best disinfectant in the world, it's better than bleach and safer for use on many items and much less expensive too, Vinegar is an all purpose cleaner/degreaser Good Luck !

It is more effective neat, but as a result it can destroy things you put it on. Always follow the instructions on the back of the bottle depending on what you are putting it on!
If your pouring it down drains etc use it neat but if you are using it on material always dilute it or it will ruin the material
