Where can I get Goo Gone in Brisbane?
Question:
Answers:
Sorry to say you can't buy Goo GoneĀ® products in Australia. If you need a product the does the same type of things like Goo Gone, that removes:
gum, tar, crayon, fresh paint, tree sap, oil and grease, blood, ink, asphalt, scuff marks, tape and tape residue, makeup, lipstick and mascara, adhesives, candle wax, kitchen grease, shoe polish, soap scum, bumper stickers, duct tape, bicycle chain grease.
Then try using DYLON Stain Remove products.
They come in three bottles and each bottle does a specific job.
Bottle 1 is formulated for Oil & Grease based stains. Very effective on biro and ink.
Bottle 2 is formulated for naturally occurring, enzyme based stains. Particularly effective on food (tannin or protein) based stains.
Bottle 3 is a Specialist stain remover for Dry Clean only fabrics and upholstery.

We have similar products to Goo Gone here in Australia. If you can let us know what it is you need Goo Gone for we should be able to help you.
I'm not sure of the stores in your area but Home Depot in the states and Loew"s are good places to get Goo Gone. If you have similar stores or a hardware store, they probably will have it. Wonderful stuff. I keep it in the kitchen
You didn't mention what you're going to use it on; that would help to get answers.
I personally dislike price stickers being left on things around the house; they aren't attractive.
If the sticky goo (with or without paper/label) is on glass, plastic, tile, etc...I just put a couple of drops of cooking oil on it as a solvent to cut the goo. You might have to leave overnight or do it twice. The oil is non-toxic, no odor, & not as expensive. Don't use on dry, porous, or papery items that don't need to absorb the oil.
Ooops, I forgot, one time I used creamy peanut butter for lack of having any oil in the house. It does have a rather pleasant odor; but looks odd when observed. Thought I was baking peanut butter cookies.
