Help!, How to remove scratch marks off inside the dryer machine?

Question:Recently i threw my clothes in the laundry and washed it and then put it in the dryer. However i didnt' look inside my pants to see if i had anything and the result came out that, i had a hair pin in my dryer machine that scratched my dryer machine. Is there anyway to remove the scratches? please help me, thankyou

It seems to me that if the adhesive sealant works inside a dishwasher which gets wet and hot, it might work inside your dryer to fill in those scratches. You might call an appliance repair shop and ask them--and ask them for any advice they can offer you, too.
