Furniture, clothes, etc in storage? How to clean after taking it out?

Question:I have a bed, sofa, tables, chairs, clothes in there for 3 months now. Will my furniture smell bad afterwards? How can I clean the mattress & sofa after taking it out of storage??

Answers:
It shouldnt smell bad. Wash your clothes as you normally would. I would give all the furniture a quick wipe down with a damp cloth and that should be fine. You can febreeze all fabrics and they will smell wonderful. As long as the storage unit is clean and dry, your items should be fine.

I would re wash every item... a Stael smell will be with you if you don't re wash
i would go in to your storage now with a box full of dryer sheets and a bottle of febreeze i would stick dryer sheets into your clothes and thn seal up whatever they are in. as for the mattress and stuff if possible when you move leave it outside on your patio or elsewhere to air out and then febreeze it again same with your couch and stuff.
sure, ur clothes may have a tiny storage smell after a while, but furniture, that i'm not all 2 sure about. just spray ur clothes w/ frebreeze, they're not dirty, i mean, they've been in storage, how could they get dirty? but, if u want, u could always wash ur clothes in a washer and dryer, that wont hurt either.
