How can I get cotton shirts to shrink more?
Question:I recently bought a shirt and it's one size too big. I want to shrink it as much as possible. Is washing with hot water the only way to do it? If so, what's the most effective way to go about it?

hot water wash and hot dry..so like 3 times...that is as small as it is going to get
washing it in hot water and putting it in the dryer. do it a couple of times and you'll see a difference.
The Only Thing I Know Is Washing In Hot Water And Drying In Extra High Heat.
wash it in a HOT water cycle with a warm or hot rinse, and dry it on the most heavy duty setting the dryer has. maybe send it through another dry cycle, after checking it. i really don't think you can get a cotton shirt to shrink an entire size though, maybe it will shrink a little bit.
