What product gets grease stains out of dark colored golf shirts?
Question:
Answers:
WD40 works great then wash it at least 2 times to get the color back to normal.
Go jo works great too but all the rubbing could put a wear mark on the shirt. WD 40 will disolve the stain out and just use a paper towel or cloth towel on the oposite side of spraying to absorb it out. WD 40 will turn the color darker but the washing will fix it, should anyway, works for me.
i have no idea .?
The best I have found is believe it or not "GO JO"hand cleaner but use very little and rub the fabric briskly against itself then rinse with cold water and wash asap.
A degreaser product or oxy clean. Read the directions well . If you leave oxy clean on colors more than a few mins it can discolor.
tide
The opposite to oil base stuff is mineral spirits, or thinner. Dab on dab off. Do a colourfast test first on an area that won't be seen.
Follow up with an OXY-type spray (They are great!) and wash normally.
But it really sounds like you would like to start the season off with A BRAND NEW ROCKIN' GOLF SHIRT! (You deserve it!)
Soak it in
Basic-H from Shaklee.
Gojo. I use it when I work on the tractor and things. Excellent!
There was something called "goop" before but I think it's now called gojo. Can be found at Home Depot.
Also, a pumice orange-smelling soapy liquid (also sold at Home Depot) is excellent at cleaning your hands from the dirt and crud that can get stuck in your hand wrinkles.
spray with aresol shout , if that doesnt do it, get oops in the paint section of walmart, it will take out paint, ink and tar as well as grease, but it stinks.
