How to remove hair color from white blouse?

Question:As my head and neck sweated too much today, my new colored hair tainted the collar of my white blouse.
How can I remove that?

spray n wash, and wash your hair and rinse untill no more color comes out

you need to use permanant hair color that doesnt come off, i dont know that you can remove tha stuff at all, try goo gone
