How toget water stains out of wood?

Question:

Answers:
Water stains in wood can be removed with wood bleach (acetic acid) available at most paint stores (not BIG BOX Home Improvement stores).

Are your stains in the wood, or are they trapped between the finish and the wood? If they are in the wood, you just have to sand to remove them. If they are between the wood and the film, you still have to sand the finish coat to allow the moisture to escape. Not the end of the world, but not much choice.
