Shrink my clothes ??

Question:I bought 3 L-R-G shirts and it is pretty good farbic . the first one i bought i washed it on medium and and dryed it on medium and it shrunk the way i wanted but the next two i wash on medium and dry on hot almost 30 minutes but it does not shrink . does anybody know how to shrink it ?? My mom said i can soak it in hot water then dry it but i dont want to try unless i know it works . any advice ?? HELP !!

Mom is almost ALWAYS right. but yeah. i would def have to say that it would work. done it before. yeah man. my mommy knows that secret too!
