How long can you go without doing your laundry?

Question:here's the catch, you must be able to wear clean clothes everyday.

I've managed 2 weeks.

Answers:
hmm. I can go about 3 weeks probably with out having to do laundry.... my husband on the other hand, could probably go 3 months.. yes he has that a lot of clothes. but then again I do laundry once a week so he is going on 5 years of not doing laundry.. got to love the laundry fairy!

I have a girlfriend. So I'm going on 4 years of not doing laundry and always wearing clean clothes. How sweet is that?
Good for you. Strange but good I guess.
about 1 1/2 weeks or up to 2 weeks. but i dont go past 2 weeks b/c my bathroom starts smelling like dirty clothes
Well, you can go on as long as you want but trust me, by then, you will have more loads to do and one to days to complete them. If you are one person in your household, well then it should not take you two days. What I do is that I do a light load in the evenings and not let it build up before the weekend. I don't wnat to end up doing laundry on a weekend. I want to use that time to go out and spend time with my family.
about a week. Then I start to run out of wash cloths and underwear...
Can only take a week without doing laundry. Cant stand having dirty clothes around the house.
probably about two weeks myself..however I would still feel nasty about all the laundry left to be done and then I would have a butt load of it to do!
Your handle may be appropriate.
Personally, I would go for as long as humanly possible without doing laundry because I hate folding it and putting it away! (Right now I am up to almost one week; however, if you wait too long, some of your clothes will begin to breed a lot of bacteria--so that's some incentive to do laundry!)
The record at our house is 3 months. We have enough underware and socks, clothing we have closets full, but we had to use the "dog towels" (the thin ones) and we did buy new sheets sets. But, that was during the CA electricity crisis when the rates were sky high and we had constant rolling blackouts. The week long laundry marathon thereafter was a real pain in the back!
I could make it 10 days. I don't have a very large wardrobe because I've been losing weight.
I do laundry every 2 - 3 days. As soon as I have enough to fill the machine I do it. Dirty clothes give off a musty smell.
5 days
I'm a neat freak. I have a husband and three kids. I do laundry every day.
Including underwear and all, I would say about a month, maybe more, might not like what I was wearing , but would have enough clothes. I am a clothes hound and shoes to match.
We could go way longer if you took me shopping for new clothes everyday. lol (-: =
i would make it 2-3 months but would not want to do the wash after that long
you shouldnt have to go with out washing ur clothes it is kind of nasty. I think you shouldnt do that anymore but if you have alot of clothes then you can cause you wont have to youll have something different to wear every day cause my friend has so many clothes she could go a month but if you have a few outfits than keep washing your clothes it will be good for you. sorry if i sound rude.
Just buy more clothes & you can go even longer. I do mine every couple days, but if I had to I could probably go 1 1/2 weeks before I ran out of socks.
1 day
