Sentimental smells?
Question:Does anyone else out there relate certain smells to people you know or places you've been? When I smell bacon frying I think of camping, when I smell blackberry dumplings I think of maw maw and when I smell Clorox, I think of my Mother (the clean freak). Share your smells - good ones that is!!

When I smell Chanel cologne/perfume I think of my honeymoon. I have a lot more, but for some reason I can't think of them until I smell them and realize what they remind me of.

Whnever I smell Poison perfume, I think of my grandmother. Thanksgiving always makes me think of my mom, she was an awesome cook, but Thanksgiving was when all the stops were pulled out. But my most favorite smell is coconut scented sunscreen. It reminds me of vacations at Hampton Beach, NH. My mom, sisiters, grandparents, aunts, uncles and cousins would all rent a beach house on the beach. We could run free, body surf, eat great food, and stay up late. We're all grown-up now, but that smell takes me back.
When I smell Aqua Velva aftershave it reminds me of my grandpa--I just love that smell and miss him so much!
