Is having cracked buttons after dry cleaning normal?

Question:About two or three times I pick up shirts from my dry cleaners, there is at least one cracked button on the sleeve. Is this a normal random occurrence with dry cleaning, or should I look for another dry cleaner?

The cheeper the price the less service you get. Better cleaners normaly replace them for free. Alsways ask if your dry cleaner if they replace broken shirt buttons for free.
