OxyClean spray. I love this stuff, it takes out just about any stain without messing up the color of the carpet, upholstery, clothes or whatever you spray it on.
stop drinking things that taste like sweaty armpits.
Oxyclean is magical. Use that.
Natural way is to use club-soda. pour some on the stain, let it sit for a few minutes, than use a damp thick paper-towel or cloth to soak it up.
BUT: ensure that you place the cloth on the stain and apply pressure. Do not move it back and forth, or blot it. Apply pressure for about 30 seconds, and do so around the entire stain.
You can do the same thing with Shout! carpet cleaner too.
White wine, gingerale, etc, may be another method.

Don't know specifically about Gatorade, but I've have more stain removal success with Woolite OXY Deep than most others products on the market. Good luck
