Bleach or an urine remover.
First, use vinegar to clean (or an enzymatic cleaner - but vinegar is cheaper).
Then paint the floor with floor paint to seal in any odor that is left. You may also want to paint the walls. The odor can seep into even painted walls. Painting again will trap it forever. :)

try useing the works but dont breath the fumes. it is for the toilet.

try vinager with water. or you can make a paste of baking soda and water. make sure it is not going to rain and smear a TON of the paste on the spot. leave on over night. in the morning, hose off the paste and no more stink!!
mix 1 part bleach and 1 part water and put into a spray bottle or pour directly onto the soiled area and let it set
With lemon juice and ammonia, this will rid the smell
pour ammonia on the stain and leave it for a while then wash off
