How can you clean tar off of the inside of a dryer?

goo gone works great. even better would be lighter fluid (which takes tar off of almost anything).

apply some goo gone or lighter fluid to a paper towel and wipe the dryer free of the tar. after wiping the tar off make sure you use soapy water on a wash cloth to wipe free any odors and remaining lighter fluid.

make sure the room is well venilated when doing this and use extreme caution when using these chemicals.
