How do you purposely and more effectively shrink a cotton t-shirt? I've already tried the hot water hot drier

if that didnt work it probably aint gonna shrink. id just go buy a smaller shirt

Ummm...you could buy a smaller size? I don't know of any other way to shrink something like that, besides the hot water thing...
The only other thing I can think of is you could sew up the seams tighter, but that just seems like a waste of time to me... why you don't just buy another one in the size you actually want it to be?
