What do we use to wash a fiberglass travel trailer?

Question:It has ac water stains on it,, what type of cleanser can we use, and which ones should we avoid?

Answers:
Look at wal mart in the automotive section, its called black streak remover and it is made for RV's. Works great.

I used Bon Ami, it is non-abrasive. Any cleaner like soft soap will work. Just be sure it says: Non abrasive. Do NOT use comet or ajax powder.
I would try Simple Green. It is non toxic and is good with stubborn stains.
I would use Simple Green and a Mr. Clean magic eraser on the stubborn areas.
Go to Lowes or Home Depot. There is a cleaning product called "Greased Lightning", it's sold in qt. squirt bottles as well as gallon refills. Use a soft brush (one that's intended for use to wash cars) with a pole extension. Do a 4' x 4' area at a time, don't allow the cleaner to dry on the fiberglass. Scrub with the brush and hose off, repeat for the entire trailer. By the way, this stuff works GREAT in the bathroom as well, destroys soap scum etc. It's pretty potent, so wear gloves for cleaning the bath area. I use it to clean everything, including my smooth-surface stovetop.
