I use oxi cleaner powder and use small amount of hot water to make a paste and scrub the stained area. Leave it on for 15 or 20 minutes for good result and rinse with clean water (use small amount of water). I also use towel to absorb the water. you can also use the towel paper to absorb the water.
Oxi cleaner is normall envirnmentally friendly, but it's best to try a small area for testing purposes.
